I had to use Google translate, as I didn’t know the first and last words in your suggestion. I’m not sure I agree with it entirely, because if the teacher, or anyone else is late, the person waiting has already had extra time while waiting for them. But on the other hand I can definitely see your point that the person waiting has been inconvenienced and perhaps deserves some “compensation”. Very good thinking!
